We approach Team Building through our internal TRICIA framework that ensures that each member of the Team are:

  • Trained:  More importantly than being trained on what they are expected to do, each team member should be trained on how they are expected to do it and why they are expected to do it that way so that the intent is understood, which encourages ownership.
  • Resourced:  Each team member must be equipped with the proper resources necessary for them to efficiently execute the responsibilities of their role.
  • Informed:  Each team member should be informed of the Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, & Time-Bound performance expectations of their role.
  • Competent:  Each team member must be competent for the role that they’re in. Promoting someone into their highest level of incompetence is bad for business.
  • Incentivized: Favorable performance behaviors that improve revenue and/or profitability performance should be incentivized to encourage role ownership at the individual level.
  • Accountable:  All members of the team should be equally held accountable for executing the responsibilities of their role.

Additionally, we provide support in developing Standard Operating Procedures that provide specific detail on how the job is expected to be completed along with why it’s expected to be completed that way in order to encourage role ownership.

STRATEGIC PLANNING

Collected data is only as valuable as how and when it’s used so we prioritize ensuring that collected data is analyzed as close to the activities that produced it as possible.  Through analysis, we identify performance variances, assess and identify the root causes, and update Standard Operating Procedures accordingly.

RETAINED SERVICES

From the Solopreneur to the Owner/Operator, we provide weekly retainer services that are billed weekly, or monthly in which a discount is applied.  

As a part of the retainer, our Account Managers ensure that agreed business goals remain on track through a weekly engagement framework intended to develop the business behavioral muscle memory necessary to begin the cycle of setting and achieving business goals.  We offer retainers in the following tiers:

    • Tier 1: 1 Professional Hour of Consulting per week
    • Tier 2: 2 Professional Hours of Consulting per week
    • Tier 3: 3 Professional Hours of Consulting per week
